Shannon Reichelt, CPA

Shannon graduated from Westfield State University in 2001 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Accounting.  She earned her CPA license in 2005.  Shannon is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Shannon spends her time providing management advisory services to business owners to improve operations and overall financial strength.  She also provides tax and accounting services to both businesses and individuals and assists with third party pension plan administration. 

William T. Reichelt, CPA, MBA, ABV, APA

Bill graduated from University of Connecticut in 1978 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.  He then earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Western New England College in 1985.  He earned his CPA license in 1982.  He then became accredited as a Business Valuation Specialist by the AICPA in 2001.  In 2011 Bill completed certification to become an Accredited Pension Advisor with the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). 

Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst's and the National Institute of Pension Administrators.
 
Bill spends his time working with clients with taxation issues effecting individuals and businesses, business valuation services, and third party pension plan administration.
