All of our services are structured and offered with you in mind.  We take great care to be as flexible and comprehensive as possible so that we may provide the best, most accurate, and timely services in a format that is meaningful to you. 

Accounting 
Our accounting services include compiled and reviewed financial statements.  Typically an outside third party is requesting financial statements however some companies want to know where they stand and seek a CPA to prepare financial statements to gain that knowledge.  Financials statements can be at any interval you like.  *Good to know* official financial statements can only be generated and signed by a CPA.  Be careful that you know if the third party is expecting financials from a CPA, if they are do not send financial statements prepared by anyone other then a CPA as it could result in problems you don't want to have!

Taxation (preparation and planning)
We can help you with any and all of your tax needs.  Including but not limited to, individual income taxes, all business entity tax returns, estate and fiduciary taxes, sales taxes and payroll taxes.

Business Valuation
Business valuations are needed for many reasons.  Here are some of the most common reasons for needing a business valuation: buying or selling a business, shareholder buy/sell agreements, gifting of ownership,  determining the value of life insurance needed for the owners or key individuals, SBA loans requiring support for the amount of the loan, and for estate tax returns.  Business valuations can be for planning purposes or they can be required by third parties.  If someone is not insisting you need one then you fall into the proactive planner role and good for you taking control over the destiny of your business!

Management Advisory Services
What are management advisory services?  Its when our clients come to us and they just don't know what to do with their business.  They know they have a problem but would like the help of an unbiased third party to come in and take a look.  Since we as CPA's work with hundreds of businesses we can offer valuable insight as to what works and doesn't work.  We will work with you and together find solutions to problems you are facing.

Bookkeeping
Our bookkeeping services are like works of art.  Not one is the same.  We work with you to create a custom fit to your bookkeeping needs.  Whether you want us to maintain the books at our offices or you want us to review work performed by you or your employees, there's a multitude of options to solve your needs.

All Inclusive
Our most value added of all services, and most successful with our clients!  With our one stop shop services all your financial needs are combined together with you having the benefit of working with one trusted professional as well as a cost savings.  We provide monthly bookkeeping/review services which includes bank reconciliations and overall general ledger review, full payroll processing, year-end business income tax return preparation and the business owner's individual income tax return preparation.  Of course you may not need all of these services but they can be bundled and the cost adjusted accordingly.  We have found that not only can we do a better job knowing all the financial pieces to your business but our relationships with our clients are much stronger and communication is topnotch!

Quickbooks Consulting
Our Quickbooks consulting is all about cutting through the clutter and getting down to business!  Shannon not only uses Quickbooks to manage our own business but she's also worked with hundreds of business owners on their Quickbooks files.  The value in our Quickbooks consulting is that it is provided by a CPA so not only do you learn tricks of the trade with your Quickbooks file but you also get the benefit of a CPA's knowledge of designing a system that's focused on quality, speed, and accuracy.  Tax time will be a piece of cake when you have good habits designed from the beginning that are maintained all year round.  Our Quickbooks consulting services are billed by the hour so you can control the costs.
